Quick Check

To enable instant checks on projects currently in BIM360, ValidationHub provides a way to run a quick check from the homepage. 

The only thing required to run a quick check is a predefined rule. If you have no rules set up please follow the instructions here to create a new rule, otherwise continue below.

Select a project from the available drop-down options. 

Next choose a folder in the selected project. The toggle allows you to run the check on any files within sub-folders too. If you wish to run a quick check on an entire project select the top-level folder and ensure include subfolders is checked on. 

Finally choose a rule and click to run. As this is a quick run, it will take you directly to the results of the check.

For projects with many files and folders, especially where subfolders are being checked, the result can take a few minutes to finish. Please do not close the window until the process is finished.
