Paying for your archive order

Once you have completed your archive order, a window will open asking you to choose whether you want to pay immediately or later:

• If you choose to pay immediately, you'll be automatically redirected to our payment page.
• If you choose to pay later, you'll need to access this page another way - please scroll down to the 'Paying later' section for more information.
  
  Note: Orders stay active for seven days - you'll need to pay for your order during this time otherwise it'll expire and you'll have to do it again. 

Paying for your archive order

matterlab partners with Stripe to provide secure invoicing and payment processing to customers. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 - this is the highest grade of payment processing security. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected.

 To complete your payment, please do the following:

1. Entering your card details into the fields provided.
   
   
2. Click Pay invoice to complete your payment. A PDF copy of the invoice will be available to download for your records.
   
   Note: Completing this payment will begin the archiving process. Depending on the size of your project, this can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. You do not need to keep ArchiveHub open during this time. 

To see updates on your archive, you can return to this page on ArchiveHub at any point and refresh the page for the latest status.

Paying later

If you have selected to pay at a later date, you have two options for accessing the payment page: via your archive order email or via ArchiveHub. 

Paying via your archive order email

When you ordered your archive from ArchiveHub, you should have received an email confirming your order details. This email also includes a Complete payment button - click on this to complete your payment.

You will be automatically redirected to the to the Stripe page shown in the image above. Please double-check that the details of your archive are correct before completing the payment.


 

Paying via ArchiveHub

You can also access the payment link via ArchiveHub.

1. Log into ArchiveHub and go to the Your orders tab.
   
   
2. Find the archive order you want to pay for and select See details.
   
   
3. In the details section, go to the Payment tab and click Complete payment. A new window will open to take you to the secure Stripe payment page shown in the image above. Please double-check that the details of your archive are correct before completing the payment.
